NOTICE : You can take a bus only the place you have applied for.
There are only 2 options. (In front of World Gate or JamsilSports Complex Station)
We will not let you board unless it is where you applied for.
To Cheongsong
- KAF will provide a local transportation to the official hotel in Cheongsong
- All the participants(officials and athletes) should make a reservation for the transportation through the event's official website(www.ice-climbing.or.kr) by 17th Dec. 2025 
- BUS are scheduled to depart at 09:00 am(9th Jan) the place of departure is as below

#1. In front of World Gate Building in Incheon Airport International Business Complex (9:10 am)

The free airport shuttle bus(AIRPORT 03) is available for transportation from Incheon International Airport to the World Gate Building

Terminal 2 3F (near Gates 6–7)Terminal 1 3F (Gate 3 and 12)
※Operating Interval : 7 ~ 20 minutes
※Operating Hours : 04:30 ~ 23:40
※Board at the pick-up spot in front of Gate 7 on the 3rd floor of Terminal 2 
※Board at the pick-up spots in front of Gates 3 and 12 on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1
Use the AIRPORT 03 free shuttle to reach International Business Complex Station. From there, a shuttle bus available near the World Gate Building will proceed to the competition venue

※Near by World Gate Bldg., there are several guest houses where you can stay in. 
e.g) Incheon Airport gogohouse (If you need, you should book accommodation on your own.)

#2. Jamsil Sports Complex Station : Exit No.1 (Metro Line No.2 & 9)(9:00 am, 9:10 am)

※Jamsil Sports Complex Station is on Metro line No.2 & 9
※The bus will depart for Cheongsong in front of Exit No.1 of the station at 09:00 am, 09:10am
Note : The participant should arrive at Departure Point by 08:40 am on 9th Jan.

From Official Hotel to Competition Venue (10th ~ 11th Jan.)

 - Shuttle bus will be provided


From Cheongsong

1. To Seoul (11th Jan.) 

  - The BUS will depart at 21:00 pm to Incheon Int'l Airport. 

    (via Seoul *Jamsil Station, estimated arrival time is around 01:00 am on 12th Jan at the airport)

2. To Incheon Int'l airport and Seoul (12th Jan.) 

 - The BUS will depart at 06:00 am and 09:00 am

 - To Incheon Int'l Airport - depart at 06:00 am 

   (estimated arrival time is around 9:50 am) 

 - To Seoul(Jamsil Station) - depart at 9:00 am 

   (estimated arrival time is around 12:00 pm)            

 - To Incheon Int'l Airport - depart at 09:00 am 

   (estimated arrival time is around 1:00 pm)

3. All the participants(officials and athletes) have to make a reservation for the transportation through the event's official website(www.ice-climbing.or.kr) by 17th Dec. 2025
